Mr. Maksud is an advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court. He is a trained dispute resolver. He has an specialization on criminology by training. He is an organizer of several events and sports. He advises LCAB in organizing several events and logistics.

Mr. Swaraj is an advocate of Bangladesh Supreme Court. He used to play cricket in his early life. He has a huge organizing capacity. He represents several organizations in different capacities. He provides the technical input to LCAB based on his past experience.
